Hopwood Hall & Preston’s College embarked upon a project on meeting individual needs through effective target setting to improve Teaching, Learning & Assessment.

 

As a result of collaborative discussions with Hopwood Hall and Preston’s College the bespoke CPD for our staff was developed in a response to support the development of our learners through effective target setting.

 

Our staff had the opportunity to share targets with each other along with creating new targets through the use of a case study.

 

Linking this to learner review week, the impact of the CPD will be for a better understanding of how individual target setting informs lesson structure for individual needs along with our learners benefitting from a personalised approach to learning to meet our learner’s needs & development.
